As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues
  • Track and analyze client usage data to optimize their experience

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in client success or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
