Turkish Natural Conversation Group Project

We are seeking multiple pairs of individuals with an authentic Istanbul accent to participate in a natural conversation recording project. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced AI technologies by providing high-quality speech data. The task involves engaging in a series of natural conversations on specified topics, which will be used to train and improve AI systems.

Compensation:

• Payment: €40 in total per pair for the 1.5-hour conversation session.

• Topics: The six topics will be provided in advance. They are designed to elicit natural, engaging, and varied conversations.
• Recording Instructions: You will receive detailed instructions on how to use the app and conduct the recording session. It is crucial to follow these instructions to ensure high-quality data.
• Confidentiality: All recordings will be kept confidential and used exclusively for research and AI training purposes. Participants will be required to sign a consent form acknowledging this.
• Support: Our team will be available to assist with any technical issues or questions throughout the process.

• Collaborate with Partner: Work closely with your partner to ensure both participants contribute equally and maintain the natural flow of conversation.
• Provide Accurate Personal Information: Ensure that all provided information, including accent and background, is accurate to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Accent: Must have a genuine Istanbul accent.
• Pair Requirement: Each applicant must apply with a partner who also has an Istanbul accent. Both participants must be in the same room during the recording.
• Environment: Record in a noise-free environment to ensure the highest audio quality.
• App Usage: Comfortable using a smartphone app to record conversations.
• Availability: Flexible schedule to find a mutually convenient time for the recording session.
